Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is located in the heart of Walt Disney World. The resort features a sunny atmosphere that celebrates the Southwest. Surrounding a 15-acre shimmering lake, the Resort is arranged in three distinct villages (Cabanas, Ranchos, and Casitas) and includes a Mayan pyramid in the center of a magnificent swimming pool area.

Transportation: Getting to and from The Coronado Springs Resort is easy, in fact, if you are staying at the Coronado you can take the free Magical Express Shuttle right from the airport to the hotel. Keep in mind that free transportation to any of the Disney Theme parks is available from the hotel.

Transportation to nearby downtown Disney is available from the conference hotel. Great atmosphere for meeting others in the industry.

Its movie night for the kids! If you are bringing the kids but want to go to Pleasure Island on April 30th with the other adults you can take advantage of the on-site baby-sitting service the CRE8 conference makes available to you. Children 6 months or older are welcome from 6:00pm-Midnight. Entertainment, snacks, cribs, blankets and pillows are provided. A quiet room is available for sleepy children, and movies and crafts for the older children.
